Siddhartha Chakraborty(Pappu Da)
Lead Choreographer
Siddhartha Chakraborty is the dynamic visionary behind the Chayanika Dance, Acting & Music Academy (Academy of Art) and an emerging force in film production. Hailing from Berhampore, he infuses fresh, vibrant energy into the world of dance, transforming Chayanika Dance Group into a powerhouse of creativity and expression.
Whether on stage or screen, Siddhartha’s passion for movement is boundless, captivating audiences with his artistry. Beyond entertainment, he is also dedicated to social impact, offering dance classes to inmates at the Berhampore Central Correctional Home. With a stellar track record, including collaborations with renowned choreographers like Terrance Lewis, Rahul, Bosco Martis, Bosco Caesar, and Pandit Bachan Lal Mishra of the Kathak Academy, Siddhartha is set to expand his dance academy nationwide, bringing the joy and power of dance to communities across India.
He is also a member of the Eastern India Motion Picture Association, and his dance group is affiliated with the Cine Dancer’s Association of West Bengal, under the Federation of Cine Technicians and Workers of Eastern India (FCTWEI).
